Every day in America, about 6,000 women reach menopause—and more than two million enter that stage each year.
Menopause – when a woman has gone 12 months without a period – usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. Symptoms include anxiety, mood swings, hot flashes, trouble sleeping, weight gain, and a slowed metabolism.

Hormone specialist, wellness coach and menopause educator Jodie Johnson has taken to TikTok to share the three supplements she swears by to increase desire in women experiencing this stage of life.
As women enter menopause, many experience feelings of confusion and frustration when it comes to their sex drive or lack thereof.
“As we go through menopause and menopause, our levels of estrogen and progesterone and testosterone begin to drop, and all of these hormones are essential to our sexual health and well-being,” Johnson said.
